Magnesium chloride — transdermal
Most oral magnesium supplements lose a large portion of their dose to digestion. Transdermal delivery bypasses that entirely. I formulated this spray with pharmaceutical-grade magnesium chloride and a small amount of alcohol to further increase absorption.
Magnesium is involved in over 300 enzymatic functions. On the low vitamin A protocol specifically, adequate magnesium supports the liver, reduces cramping during detox, and improves sleep quality during the harder stretches.
